Ltd. specializes in providing unique and personalized digital invitation solutions for weddings, including the creation of PDF invitations, video invitations, and website-based invitations. Our services also extend to an image storage feature with a gallery for storing your photos.

3. User Account and Registration

To access certain features of our service, account creation is necessary. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of this information.

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

• Online payments are accepted through our website.
• Full payment is required to initiate an order.
• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. If work has commenced, no refund will be provided.

6. Editing, Customization, and Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Design Quality: Designs are delivered matching the quality displayed on our website. No refunds for quality dissatisfaction if it aligns with the website's display, including non-HD quality.
• External Source Designs: Designs sourced externally cannot guarantee HD quality.
• Design Delivery: Designs are delivered as shown on our website, with changes permitted only to text and the character's face. Changes to dresses are not allowed.
• Customization Charges: Customizations beyond text and caricature (face) changes will incur additional charges.
• Slide Changes: Post-delivery modifications to any slide are considered new additions, incurring extra charges based on the slide.
• Font Style Changes: Modifications to the original design's font style will result in additional charges.
• Typos: Correcting typos is offered at no additional cost.
• Text Iterations: Two free text iterations are provided; subsequent iterations will be charged at 10% of the total design cost, including typo corrections.
• Review Process: To avoid missed feedback and additional charges, reviews must be submitted directly within our designated tool.
• Review Tool Restrictions: Downloading is disabled in the review tool; downloadable files are provided after full payment is received.
• Marketing Rights: ShaadiVines reserves the right to use the created invitations for marketing purposes, including showcasing on our website and social media platforms.
• Brand Logo: The inclusion of our brand logo on the last slide is reflected in the pricing listed on our website. Requests for logo removal will incur an additional fee of 250 per video.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website and any software used is the property of ShaadiVines Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws. Users maintain rights to their intellectual property submitted for custom invitations.

Users agree to not use the service unlawfully or in a manner that violates the rights of others, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
